At Hungersera, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We always strive to deliver your orders fresh, accurate, and on time.
However, if you face any issues with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy ensures a fair and simple process.

Food Order Refunds

Since our products are freshly prepared food items, returns are not applicable once the order has been delivered.
However, refunds may be processed in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong order or incorrect items
  • The food was not delivered due to a delivery error
  • The order was canceled by HungersEra before preparation

If any of the above apply, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery or order placement.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 5–10 minutes of placing it, only if the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched.
  • Once food preparation starts, cancellation is not possible.
  • In case of successful cancellation, the refund will be processed automatically within 3–7 business days (depending on your payment method).

Refund Process

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, or wallet).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS once your refund is processed.
  • Please allow 3–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be applicable if:

  • You provided an incorrect delivery address or phone number
  • The delivery was delayed due to weather or traffic conditions
  • You changed your mind after receiving the order
  • The food was partially consumed or tampered with

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you’re eligible for a refund:

  2. Provide your Order ID, issue details, and photos (if applicable).
